Generate new product descriptions or revamp your existing ones with our BigCommerce integration. Work right within the BigCommerce platform or export product descriptions from Copysmith to your storefront!

Creating product descriptions within BigCommerce

1. Download the Copysmith app.
2. Within BigCommerce, navigate to your product page and scroll to the product description.
3. On the left sidebar, click Apps and select the Copysmith app.
4. Choose whether you'd like to create content through the Editor or Bulk Copy.
5. For bulk copy, check the boxes for the products you'd like to generate new descriptions for.
6. At the bottom, click Process Bulk to generate your descriptions!
7. On the right hand side, click the pencil icon to edit your descriptions as needed.
8. Check the boxes for the new product descriptions you'd like to publish and click Publish.

Voila! You have now updated your BigCommerce product descriptions!

Exporting product descriptions from Copysmith

Use this option if you've already generated a product description within Copysmith and want to easily upload it to your BigCommerce product!

1. Open the Copysmith file with your product description.

2. To the left of your description, click the circle icon and select To BigCommerce.

   

3. Search for and select the product you'd like to apply the description to.

4. Click Apply.

Voila! Your product description will automatically be updated on your BigCommerce product page.
